Job Description

This role is also required to assess existing business workflows and re-architect them to drive efficiency. Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional teams on data initiatives, define and document data flows and the intended business outcomes (KPIs/Metrics). Collaborate with IT delivery partners to translate documented workflows into clear and concise data requirements to build scalable enterprise grade data stacks and intuitive visualization layer to track the KPIs. Evaluate evolving tools/technologies in alignment with company’s strategic initiatives. Business Requirements Definition and Technical Team Coordination: Develop and define IT requirements to support process and system changes. Co-lead design sessions to identify gaps and opportunities. Create detailed functional design documents for conversions, interfaces, and reports.

Job Qualifications

Must have strong data orientation and keen aptitude to explore innovative ways to analyze data
3+ years solid relevant experience in Business Analytics.
A minimum of 8 years of experience is required
Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple projects for Finance and/or SAAS.
Data modeling experience in Enterprise Data Warehouse and DataMart
