Provide expert technical guidance and solutions to clients in order to solve complex challenges and meet their business needs.
Utilize strong consulting skills to assess client requirements, identify areas for improvement, and develop tailored solutions.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure successful delivery of projects and services.
Utilize knowledge of NetApp technologies and products to develop and implement best practices for clients.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and developments in order to provide relevant and up-to-date recommendations to clients.
Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver solutions.
Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
Work on-site with clients to understand their specific needs and provide personalized support.
Develop and deliver presentations, trainings, and workshops to clients in order to promote the value and benefits of NetApp solutions.
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation to enhance the overall client experience.
Adhere to project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful completion of projects.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent NetApp in a positive manner at client sites.
Maintain an active Secret Clearance and adhere to all security protocols and procedures.
Handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.
Stay updated on NetApp products and services to effectively support and advise clients.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
Serve as a subject matter expert and provide mentorship to junior team members.
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Project Management Skills: As A Professional Services Consultant, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing Projects From Start To Finish. This Requires Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Plan, Budget, And Execute Projects Within The Given Timeline.
