Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy for the organization.
Lead and manage the Enterprise Data & Analytics team, providing direction, guidance, and support.
Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions for data management and analytics.
Utilize data to identify business opportunities and make strategic recommendations to drive business success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data initiatives with overall business objectives.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and impact of data-driven initiatives.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and security of all data within the organization.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data management and analytics, and make recommendations for their implementation.
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize data workflows and enhance data quality.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Communicate data insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Represent the organization in external events and conferences related to data management and analytics.
