
Technical Product Manager Hardware and Sustainability

- Develop and lead the hardware and sustainability product portfolio strategy for NetApp, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Drive the development and implementation of innovative and sustainable hardware solutions, ensuring they meet customer needs and market demands.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and competitive landscape, and use insights to inform product roadmap and strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to define product requirements, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback, and use data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvements.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the hardware and sustainability product portfolio, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in hardware and sustainability, and use knowledge to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent NetApp at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, and serve as a brand ambassador for the company.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
- Uphold NetApp's values and culture, and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field: A Strong Technical Background Is Essential For A Technical Product Manager In Order To Understand The Intricacies Of Hardware And Sustainability.
Experience In Product Management: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Hardware Or Technology Industry. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Lead Product Development And Delivery.
Knowledge Of Hardware And Sustainability Practices: A Deep Understanding Of Hardware Design And Development, As Well As Sustainability Principles And Practices, Is Crucial For This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Product Life Cycle, Environmental Impact, And Regulatory Compliance.
