  1. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in regards to marketing strategies.
  2. Review and approve marketing materials to ensure they meet legal standards.
  3. Conduct legal research and provide guidance on marketing initiatives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective and compliant marketing strategies.
  5. Monitor industry trends and changes in laws and regulations related to marketing.
  6. Advise on intellectual property issues related to marketing campaigns.
  7. Draft and negotiate contracts with third-party vendors and agencies.
  8. Communicate with external legal counsel when necessary.
  9. Develop and maintain internal policies and procedures related to marketing compliance.
  10. Train and educate internal teams on legal and regulatory requirements for marketing.
  11. Provide legal support to other departments as needed.
  12. Stay updated on developments in the entertainment industry and how they may impact marketing strategies.
  13. Handle any legal disputes or issues related to marketing.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all aspects of the job.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures for marketing compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Law Firm Or In-House Legal Department, With A Focus On Marketing And Advertising Law.

  • Strong Understanding Of Intellectual Property, Privacy, And Consumer Protection Laws.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
