- Oversee and manage the post production process for all live events and specials produced by Netflix.
- Collaborate with production teams to develop and implement post production schedules and workflows for each event.
- Ensure all post production tasks are completed accurately and on time, including editing, color correction, sound mixing, and final delivery.
- Communicate regularly with producers, editors, and other post production team members to provide updates on progress and address any issues that arise.
- Serve as the main point of contact for external post production vendors, negotiating contracts and managing budgets.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements in live event post production technology, making recommendations for improvements to current workflows.
- Manage and maintain all post production equipment and software, ensuring everything is in working order and up to date.
- Train and mentor junior post production team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure all post production processes adhere to Netflix's quality and technical standards.
- Participate in post production meetings and provide input on creative decisions.
- Handle any post production-related issues or emergencies that may arise during live events.
- Maintain organized and detailed records of all post production tasks, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and distribution, to coordinate the delivery of final assets.

They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Live Production Process, Including Technical Aspects Such As Audio, Video, And Graphics.
Strong Project Management Skills: As An Associate Manager, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Overseeing Multiple Live Post Production Projects Simultaneously.
