Job Description

Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for building and engaging with communities? Netflix is looking for an experienced Community Manager to join our team. As the Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing the relationship between our brand and its customers, creating content, and driving community engagement. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and customer service skills, exceptional writing abilities, and an ability to think out of the box. You should be organized, creative, and have an understanding of the various social media platforms and strategies. We are looking for someone who has the ability to think analytically and strategically, while still having the empathy and understanding to solve customer issues.To be successful in this role, you must have:• At least 3-5 years of experience in community management• A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Knowledge of social media platforms and strategies• Excellent writing and editing abilities• Understanding of customer service principles• Experience with analytics and data-driven decision making• Knowledge of customer service software and applicationsIf you are passionate about building relationships and connecting with customers, then this is the job for you. Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement

• Create engaging, original content for social media

• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement

• Work with marketing and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction

• Manage customer service software and applications

• Monitor and report on analytics and data-driven decisions

• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures

• Develop and manage customer loyalty initiatives

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovative customer engagement strategies

• Maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
