Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compensation Analysis Or A Similar Role.
Strong Understanding Of Compensation And Benefits Practices, Including Job Evaluation, Market Analysis, And Salary Structures.
Experience With Compensation Software And Tools Such As Workday, Adp, Or Similar Systems.
Excellent Analytical Skills, Attention To Detail, And Ability To Present Data And Findings In A Clear And Concise Manner.
