  1. Develop and implement compensation strategies based on market trends, company goals, and budget considerations.
  2. Conduct analyses of employee compensation data to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
  3. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to determine appropriate salary ranges and bonus structures.
  4. Utilize data and insights to make recommendations for compensation packages for new hires and promotions.
  5. Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry standards and trends.
  6. Advise and consult with hiring managers on compensation packages for potential candidates.
  7. Create and maintain job descriptions and job levels across all departments.
  8. Develop and maintain compensation policies and procedures.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation.
  10. Communicate and educate employees on compensation and benefits packages.
  11. Participate in salary surveys and analyze results to determine competitive compensation levels.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address compensation-related issues.
  13. Monitor and analyze employee turnover and retention rates to make recommendations for improvement.
  14. Stay updated on changes and developments in the entertainment industry and how they may impact compensation strategies.
  15. Maintain and update compensation data in HRIS and other systems.
  16. Provide support and guidance to HR team on compensation-related matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compensation Analysis Or A Similar Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Compensation And Benefits Practices, Including Job Evaluation, Market Analysis, And Salary Structures.

  • Experience With Compensation Software And Tools Such As Workday, Adp, Or Similar Systems.

  • Excellent Analytical Skills, Attention To Detail, And Ability To Present Data And Findings In A Clear And Concise Manner.
