Job Description

We’re looking for a highly creative and innovative Creative Director to join the Games Studio at Netflix and create exceptional gaming experiences. Our ideal candidate has a passion for games and a deep understanding of the industry, combined with a strong creative vision and excellent leadership skills.We’re looking for someone who can build and lead a team of game developers and create content that pushes the boundaries of innovation and creativity. The Creative Director will be an integral part of the Games Studio and will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects from concept to completion.To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 8 years of experience in game development and/or creative direction, as well as a proven track record of creating compelling game experiences. We’re looking for someone who has a deep understanding of the gaming industry, a passion for storytelling, and an eye for detail. Additionally, you must have the ability to think strategically, make sound decisions, and inspire teams to create the best possible experiences for our players.If you’re an experienced Creative Director, passionate about games and ready to take the Games Studio at Netflix to the next level, we want to hear from you!
