  • Develop and oversee the creative concept and vision for live experiences, ensuring alignment with Netflix's brand and audience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to brainstorm and pitch event concepts that align with brand and marketing objectives.
  • Lead the planning and execution of all live experiences, including but not limited to events, activations, and brand partnerships.
  • Manage the budget, timeline, and resources for each event, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Oversee the creative direction and production of all event elements, including set design, visuals, performances, and interactive elements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all event elements are cohesive and aligned with the overall brand messaging.
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to external vendors and partners, ensuring their work meets the high standards of Netflix.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in live experiences, and incorporate new ideas and technologies into event concepts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to create buzz and generate excitement for upcoming events.
  • Act as a leader and mentor to the creative team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure all event materials and collateral meet brand guidelines and are of the highest quality.
  • Continuously evaluate the success and impact of events, and make recommendations for improvements and future events.

  • Extensive Experience In Event Management: A Successful Creative Manager For Live Experiences At Netflix Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Managing Large-Scale Events, Preferably Within The Entertainment Industry. This Includes Experience In Conceptualizing, Planning, And Executing Events That Align With The Brand's Vision And Objectives.

  • Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills: Netflix Is Known For Its Collaborative And Innovative Culture, And The Creative Manager For Live Experiences Should Be Able To Lead A Team Of Creative Professionals And Foster A Positive Work Environment. This Requires Exceptional Leadership Skills, The Ability To Inspire And Motivate Team Members, And Effectively Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Creative Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: In This Role, The Creative Manager Will Be Responsible For Coming Up With Unique And Engaging Concepts For Live Events That Will Captivate Audiences And Align With The Brand's Image. They Should Also Have Strong Problem-Solving Abilities To Manage Any Unforeseen Challenges That May Arise During The Planning And Execution Stages.

  • Knowledge Of Experiential Marketing And Brand Strategy: Netflix Is A Global Brand With A Strong And Distinct Identity, And The Creative Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Experiential Marketing And Brand Strategy. This Includes Being Familiar With Current Trends In The Industry, Understanding Consumer Behavior, And Being Able To Translate The Brand's Message Into Unique And Memorable Experiences.
