- Plan and execute all aspects of global events for Netflix, including advertising and corporate events.

- Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and budget tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and alignment with company goals.
- Lead a team of event planners, coordinators, and assistants, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Negotiate contracts and partnerships with vendors to ensure the best value and quality for events.
- Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on event industry trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas and technologies into event planning.
- Ensure all events are in compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Communicate event plans, updates, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Evaluate the success of events through data analysis and attendee feedback, making recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and partners.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate event processes and procedures.
- Represent Netflix at industry events and conferences as a thought leader in event management.
- Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the company's reputation and values at all events.
Extensive Experience In Event Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Planning And Executing Large-Scale Events, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
