Director of Engineering, Gaming

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Engineering, Gaming to join the team at Netflix. As the Director of Engineering, Gaming, you will be a key partner to our Senior Leadership team and will play a critical role in developing, launching and optimizing our global gaming initiatives. You should have a passion for gaming and a strong understanding of the gaming industry, as well as a deep commitment to driving significant business value. You will bring a deep understanding of product development and technical proficiency to this role, as well as a collaborative, creative and entrepreneurial spirit.To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate at least 10 years of engineering experience in the gaming industry, including 5+ years of prior engineering management experience. You should also have extensive knowledge of game architecture, game engines, and game tools. Additionally, you should possess strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
