  1. Provide administrative support to the Employment Legal team at Netflix.
  2. Manage and maintain the team's calendar and schedule, including coordinating meetings and appointments.
  3. Prepare and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  4. Organize and maintain legal files and documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and up to date.
  5. Assist with legal research and analysis as needed.
  6. Act as a liaison between the Employment Legal team and internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Proactively identify potential issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth operation of the team.
  8. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  9. Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for the team.
  10. Attend and take minutes at team meetings and distribute to relevant parties.
  11. Collaborate with other administrative assistants within the company to ensure cohesive support for the legal team.
  12. Stay up to date on industry and legal trends to assist the team in staying informed and making informed decisions.
  13. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
  14. Serve as a point of contact for the team and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  15. Act as a representative of the company and uphold a professional and positive image at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As An Executive Assistant, Preferably In A Legal Or Employment Law Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including But Not Limited To, Discrimination, Harassment, And Labor Laws.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Workload In A Fast-Paced Environment.
