  2. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to game ratings and apply them to the development and release of games.
  3. Collaborate with game developers, producers, and other relevant teams to ensure that games meet the necessary content ratings while maintaining creative freedom and innovation.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to determine the appropriate ratings for games based on their content and target audience.
  5. Communicate with rating boards and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary approvals and ensure compliance with their guidelines.
  6. Work closely with the legal team to ensure that all games comply with local and international laws and regulations.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the ratings strategy, making adjustments as needed to ensure the best possible ratings for each game.
  8. Act as a liaison between Netflix and external stakeholders, including rating boards, regulatory bodies, and industry organizations.
  9. Provide recommendations and insights to the game development team to help shape the content of future games.
  10. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all ratings-related activities and decisions.
