- Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for new global sales team members to ensure a smooth and efficient integration into the company.
- Create and maintain a global sales curriculum that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and sales strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales leadership, product, and marketing, to identify training needs and create relevant and impactful training materials.
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, both in person and virtually, to educate sales teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the sales training program through feedback, metrics, and market research.
- Develop and manage a global sales certification process to ensure sales team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to drive results.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to adapt and customize training materials based on cultural and market-specific needs.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to continually enhance the sales training program and curriculum.
- Measure and report on the impact of the sales training program on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for sales team members, providing ongoing support and guidance for their professional development.
- Manage and maintain sales training materials, including presentations, videos, and other learning resources, to ensure they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to bring in external resources and expertise to enhance the sales training program.
- Act as an ambassador for the company's sales culture and values, promoting a continuous learning and development mindset among the sales team.
