  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for new global sales team members to ensure a smooth and efficient integration into the company.
  2. Create and maintain a global sales curriculum that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and sales strategy.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales leadership, product, and marketing, to identify training needs and create relevant and impactful training materials.
  4. Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, both in person and virtually, to educate sales teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
  5. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the sales training program through feedback, metrics, and market research.
  6. Develop and manage a global sales certification process to ensure sales team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to drive results.
  7. Collaborate with regional sales teams to adapt and customize training materials based on cultural and market-specific needs.
  8. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to continually enhance the sales training program and curriculum.
  9. Measure and report on the impact of the sales training program on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for sales team members, providing ongoing support and guidance for their professional development.
  11. Manage and maintain sales training materials, including presentations, videos, and other learning resources, to ensure they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  12. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to bring in external resources and expertise to enhance the sales training program.
  13. Act as an ambassador for the company's sales culture and values, promoting a continuous learning and development mindset among the sales team.
