Legal Operations eBilling Analyst

You will play a central role in creating new legal matters, coordinating with and onboarding legal vendors, addressing internal and external invoice inquiries and related analysis and reporting. Confirm engagement details with internal/external stakeholders. Create matters in eBilling system (Legal Tracker). Research and respond to internal/external invoice status inquiries. Coordinate with Accounting and Finance partners to help ensure timely payment of legal expenses. Monitor engagements with new legal vendors. Coordinate onboarding to internal vendor and matter management systems. Review engagement letters and confirm related details (e.g. currencies, entities, contacts, etc.). Assist with timekeeper rate analytics and recurring discount audits. Liaise with outside counsel counterparts, particularly at year-end.
