  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth for our Ads business.
  3. Manage the product platform for our Ads business, ensuring it meets the needs of our clients and aligns with company goals.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the advertising industry.
  5. Monitor and track performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve the product.
  6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market plans and drive adoption of our ad product.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
  8. Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to inform product strategy.
  9. Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
  10. Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the Ads FS&A team.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant advertising regulations and policies.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to achieve team success.
  13. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders.
  14. Manage budget and resources effectively to achieve desired results.
  15. Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise in the product development process.

  • Extensive Experience In Digital Advertising: A Manager, Ads Fs&A - Product Platform At Netflix Should Have A Strong Understanding And Experience In The Digital Advertising Industry. This Includes Knowledge Of Ad Tech Platforms, Programmatic Buying, And Digital Marketing Strategies.
