Job Description

Are you passionate about leading creative ad campaigns and developing innovative growth strategies for a major streaming service? Netflix is looking for an experienced and dynamic Ads Marketing Manager to join our team and help drive our global success.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the media and entertainment industry. The successful candidate will be a creative problem solver with an ability to think outside the box and will have a proven track record developing and executing successful campaigns.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of Ads Marketing experience, preferably in the streaming industry, and will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will be highly organized and proactive, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the latest digital and social media marketing trends and techniques.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute innovative ad campaigns for Netflix streaming services.
  2. Analyze and evaluate the performance of campaigns to identify areas of improvement.
  3. Monitor industry trends and develop strategies to maximize the effectiveness of campaigns.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with media partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
  5. Utilize data to inform decisions and optimize performance and ROI of campaigns.
  6. Manage budget and resources for campaigns.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are meeting their goals and objectives.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital and social media marketing trends and techniques.
  9. Create reports and presentations to communicate campaign results and insights.
  10. Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with excellent organizational and time management skills.
