
Manager, Awards Social Marketing (Film)
The Awards Social Marketing Manager role is an individual contributor that leads the day-to-day management and execution of Awards Social campaigns for their assigned slate of Netflix Original Films contending for Awards season. Develop best-in-class, conversation-generating campaigns to capture Awards voter attention: Be an informed captain on the internal cross-functional team (across Awards, PR, Content, E&P, IP, Media, Marketing Ops, etc) to lead and execute Social campaigns. Act as the main point of contact with agencies to drive the creation of campaign materials with a focus on managing workflow and being able to socialize, absorb, organize and address feedback from all key stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders - filmmakers, talent and talent representatives - to gain alignment on Social campaign approach, goals and tactics while delivering a best in class experience to the artists.
8+ years of experience in building strategic and creative marketing campaigns
Experience in Film AND Awards campaigning is a PLUS
Experience managing a high volume of campaign types in parallel, while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Passion for television, movies, and storytelling is a must.
