Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and creative Manager, Product Marketing to join the Netflix team and help shape the future of streaming entertainment. The ideal candidate should bring a combination of strategic and creative thinking, as well as a passion for driving measurable results.The Manager, Product Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to ensure that our products are seen and heard by the right audiences. You will be a leader within the product marketing team, working across departments, and with external partners to develop innovative and impactful campaigns.To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a product or content marketing role. You will also need to demonstrate knowledge of the streaming entertainment landscape, and bring a strong track record of driving results. You must be a team player with excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills. Above all, you must be creative, resourceful, and committed to delivering outstanding work.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute product marketing strategies to ensure that products are seen and heard by the right audiences.
  2. Lead the product marketing team and collaborate with other departments and external partners to create innovative, impactful campaigns.
  3. Monitor the streaming entertainment landscape and analyze performance data to inform creative direction.
  4. Maintain strong communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
  5. Stay organized and resourceful to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  6. Utilize creative thinking to develop and execute high-impact marketing initiatives.
  7. Measure and report on campaign performance and ROI.
  8. Demonstrate knowledge of the streaming entertainment industry and trends.
