Manager - Security Operations (InfoSec)

Today we have three significant areas of focus that demand an expert information security operations team’s investment. First, our information security organization is complex, as are the needs of Netflix. This operations team will guide that interaction. Second, our security detection work generates unique, not-ready-to-automate security events requiring skilled human intuition to solve and engineer a go-forward response. Third, Netflix has a demanding incident environment where security events often span the physical security and information security domains. As the manager for this team, you will recruit and support the careers of a diverse group of security operations engineers as the team charts a course together.
