Payroll Manager

Promote the development, lead and mentor the UCAN payroll team. Manage relationships with external payroll providers. Ensure an accurate and timely payroll, including but not limited to: base pay, stock compensation, payroll taxes, pension, statutory and supplemental benefits, etc. Own month-end close, quarter-end and year-end processes for Americas entities including reviewing/approving journal entries, account reconciliations and accruals. Cross-functional collaboration with business partners for process improvements and efficiencies. Assist with driving global payroll strategy to align on refining current payroll operations with internal payroll teams (LATAM, EMEA, APAC) to streamline processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and best-in-class services. Responsible for ensuring all payroll regulatory filings are completed in line with statutory due dates.
