- Develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives across the value chain, in alignment with Netflix's commitment to environmental and social responsibility.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and monitoring of sustainability programs and projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and drive sustainable practices throughout the value chain.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of current sustainability practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze data to measure the effectiveness and impact of sustainability initiatives, and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure alignment and integration of sustainability practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sustainability, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Manage budget and resources for sustainability programs, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
- Communicate and promote sustainability efforts to internal and external stakeholders, including employees, partners, and customers.
- Act as a subject matter expert on sustainability, providing guidance and support to various teams within the organization.
- Continuously evaluate and improve on existing sustainability processes and procedures to drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of sustainability within the organization by promoting awareness and encouraging employee involvement in sustainability initiatives.
A Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Program Management, With A Focus On Sustainability And Value Chain Management.
Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Dynamics And Experience Implementing Sustainable Practices Within A Value Chain.
Demonstrated Success In Managing Complex Projects And Cross-Functional Teams To Drive Sustainable Initiatives.
Proven Ability To Analyze And Interpret Data, Create Metrics And Track Progress Towards Sustainability Goals.
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Influence And Collaborate With Internal And External Partners To Drive Sustainability Initiatives.
