  3. Manage and oversee the production budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing return on investment.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with game developers and other external partners, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and legal, to ensure all aspects of game production are aligned with Netflix's standards and guidelines.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and emerging technologies to inform game strategy and drive innovation.
  7. Manage project timelines and milestones, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  8. Conduct regular quality checks and provide feedback to developers to ensure games meet the highest standards of excellence.
  9. Identify potential risks and challenges in production and proactively develop solutions to mitigate them.
  10. Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  11. Represent Netflix at industry events and conferences, building and maintaining a strong network within the gaming industry.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
  13. Act as a key decision-maker in game development, balancing creative vision with business objectives.
