  1. Develop and execute social media strategies to promote and enhance the employer brand of Netflix.
  2. Create engaging and creative content for social media platforms to attract top talent.
  3. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Collaborate with talent acquisition and HR teams to understand the company's culture and values and translate them into compelling employer branding messages.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and employer branding to continuously improve strategies and campaigns.
  6. Act as a brand ambassador for Netflix and promote the company's culture and values through various social media channels.
  7. Manage and maintain social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders to amplify the company's employer brand.
  9. Brainstorm and implement creative and innovative ideas to showcase Netflix as a top employer, including events, partnerships, and other initiatives.
  10. Monitor and manage online reviews and feedback about the company's employer brand and respond accordingly.
  11. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment between the employer brand and the overall brand.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on social media and employer branding, providing guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders.
  13. Represent Netflix at industry events and conferences to promote the company's employer brand.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve the employer branding strategy based on industry trends, data, and feedback.
  15. Maintain a strong understanding of the company's values, culture, and goals to accurately represent them through social media and other channels.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
