- Conduct thorough analysis of production systems and processes to identify and address any potential health and safety risks.
- Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures in collaboration with production teams and industry experts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
- Monitor and track safety incidents and near-misses, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address any potential hazards in the production environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate safety policies and procedures to all crew members and talent.
- Proactively identify and address any potential production delays or disruptions caused by safety concerns.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in production health and safety to continuously improve processes.
- Act as a liaison between the production team and external agencies, such as OSHA, to ensure compliance and resolve any issues.
- Train and educate production crew and talent on safety protocols and procedures.
- Conduct safety briefings and orientations for new crew members and talent.
- Participate in incident investigations and provide recommendations for prevention in the future.
- Collaborate with external safety consultants and vendors as needed.
- Track and maintain safety-related documentation and records.
- Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the production team.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Production Health And Safety Regulations: A Systems Analyst At Netflix Must Have A Strong Understanding Of All Relevant Health And Safety Regulations Related To Film And Television Production. This Includes But Is Not Limited To Osha Guidelines, Fire Safety Codes, And Industry-Specific Safety Protocols.
Experience In Risk Assessment And Mitigation: As Part Of Their Role, A Systems Analyst At Netflix Will Be Responsible For Identifying Potential Hazards And Developing Strategies To Mitigate Them. This Requires A Thorough Understanding Of Risk Assessment Techniques And Experience In Implementing Effective Risk Management Plans.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting: The Ability To Analyze Large Amounts Of Data And Present It In A Clear And Concise Manner Is Essential For A Systems Analyst At Netflix.
