Job Description

Netflix is looking for an innovative and experienced Taxonomy Strategist, Ads to join our team. In this role, you’ll use your understanding of taxonomy and organizational design to create a comprehensive and user-friendly taxonomy and structure for our Ads department. You’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the taxonomy and associated content across all Ads functions.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving and communication skills. A self-starter personality and a creative approach to developing solutions are also essential.We’re looking for someone who is passionate about taxonomy and organizational design, and who is committed to providing a high-quality user experience for our Ads team. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive and user-friendly taxonomy and structure for the Ads department.
  2. Manage the taxonomy and associated content across all Ads functions.
  3. Utilize understanding of taxonomy and organizational design to create effective solutions.
  4. Problem-solve and communicate effectively with Ads team.
  5. Demonstrate a creative approach to developing solutions.
