Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis

Work within an experienced FP&A organization to achieve our objectives of driving financial performance and being key business partners to the company’s executive leadership team. Forecast, plan, and analyze key financial metrics that move our business forward. Identify and understand the impact of variances to the annual plan and quarterly forecasts. Participate in the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Work directly with cross-functional business leaders to communicate financial results and understand financial performance. You’ll frequently interact with leaders at the Director & VP-levels. Synthesize large, disparate data sets into actionable insights for company decision makers. The position requires the combination of strong financial analysis skills, a superior ability to communicate and a keen business acumen. Success requires the ability to generate insightful analysis from an array of data sources.
