Apparel Fit & Wear Test Specialist

At New Balance, we’re looking for an Apparel Fit & Wear Test Specialist who is passionate about making sure our products fit and feel great on our customers. This role requires an individual who has a keen eye for detail, a technical understanding of apparel fit, and a drive to ensure our apparel meets the highest standards. Our ideal candidate should have a strong background in apparel product development, preferably in the sports and activewear industry, as well as experience in the evaluation of garment fit, comfort, and performance. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and evaluate apparel fit, comfort, and performance to ensure the highest standards are met.
2. Analyze and interpret garment fit, comfort and performance data and provide recommendations.
3. Provide technical expertise to support apparel product development.
4. Participate in wear-test trials and provide feedback on fit, comfort, and performance.
5. Collaborate with designers, merchandisers, and quality assurance teams to ensure products meet customer expectations.
6. Monitor industry trends and developments to ensure New Balance apparel products remain competitive.
7. Ensure apparel fits and feels great on customers.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of apparel fit and construction techniques, materials, and trends.
