Job Description

As Assistant Retail Store Manager at New Balance, you will be a passionate leader and role model, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store. You will drive sales, support the store team and deliver a superior customer experience. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and organizational skills, a passion for retail and customer service, and a strong knowledge of the New Balance brand. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  2. Drive sales by motivating staff and creating a positive sales environment.
  3. Develop team members through coaching, feedback, and training.
  4. Create and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  5. Oversee customer service inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Ensure compliance with New Balance company policies and procedures.
  7. Monitor store performance and take corrective action as needed.
  8. Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and customers.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with store vendors.
  10. Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary.
