Accounts Payable & Reconciliation Representative

Reconcile and apply incoming life insurance premium payments for group billing arrangements that may include adding or removing employees from group billing, new business payments, and group terminations and restorations. Conduct necessary research and outbound contact with companies and agents to secure outstanding requirements and resolve payment discrepancies. Answer inbound calls and e-mails from agents, policy owners, and employers while demonstrating the ability to quickly understand/anticipate the client’s needs and expectations. Interact professionally with clear and effective communication to set the appropriate expectations on timeline of deliverables; and conduct follow ups as needed. Develop and maintain business partnerships to ensure client’s needs are met, potential problems are averted, and service issues are managed proactively, accurately and effectively. Process financial and non-financial transactions using our workflow and administrative systems.
