Assistant General Counsel, M&A and Corporate Finance

This corporate attorney will be part of the Mergers, Acquisitions and Corporate Finance unit of the Office of the General Counsel (“MACF”), which advises and supports the business units of the Company and its subsidiaries in connection with a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and finance. Support the MACF in advising the business units of the Company in connection with acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other strategic transactions. Duties will include due diligence, structure advice and review and preparation of transaction documents. Support the MACF in connection with corporate financing transactions, including credit facilities and the Company’s funding agreement backed medium term note facility. Advise business units on various legal and commercial matters.
