
Brokerage Licensed Services Representative
The Senior Representatives will leverage a deep understanding of brokerage and mutual fund products & accounts to service incoming calls and provide best in class customer service to our Registered Representatives, their staff and clients. Provide up to date information on product & account specifications, including features like checking and margin, account performance, general tax information, account balances, and pricing inquiries. Resolve escalated issues by researching and collaborating with our Service & Leadership Teams. Advance toward placing orders on trading calls on stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and option products (Series 7 license required). Review and process correspondence including writing letters of indemnity to correct errors. Assist with the training and mentoring of new staff members.
FINRA Series 7 securities license required
