Claims Business & Examination Analyst

Coordinates claims work associated with audits and market conduct studies. Documents (or supports the documentation of) business requirements and coordinates Claims engagement necessary to support the implementation of Claims technology initiatives. Facilitates user acceptance testing and ensures suitable training plans are incorporated into technology rollout. Coordinates updates to Claims Policies & Procedures, participates on Change Management Team. Functions as the relationship manager for vendor management of Claims vendors including Release Point, EMSI, Covent Bridge including managing bill reconciliation, service levels and security access. Facilitates new vendor relationships including working with procurement to draft and vet statement of work agreements. Responsible for participating as Disaster Relief Liaison and Business Continuity Liaison. Manages all recovery activities.
