  1. Develop and implement corporate development strategies to drive business growth and identify new opportunities for the company.
  2. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential areas for expansion and investment.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and prioritize potential strategic initiatives.
  4. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform decision making and strategy development.
  5. Conduct financial analysis and create financial models to evaluate potential investments and partnerships.
  6. Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
  7. Assist in the development of long-term strategic plans for the company.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support business development efforts.
  9. Monitor and track progress of strategic initiatives and provide regular updates to senior management.
  10. Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends in corporate development and strategy.
  11. Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as needed.
  12. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members as necessary.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Possess Excellent Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Manipulate Data To Identify Key Trends And Insights. This Will Be Crucial In Developing Strategic Plans And Evaluating Potential Business Opportunities.
