As a Senior Specialist, you will lead a team of security professionals and work closely with our executive leadership to ensure the safety and protection of our employees, clients, and assets.   1. Lead and manage a team of security professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of security operations.
  2. Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to maintain the safety and protection of our corporate headquarters, employees, clients, and assets.
  3. Collaborate with executive leadership to create and maintain a strategic security plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  4. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities, and develop plans to address any issues.
  5. Train and educate employees on security protocols and procedures, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  6. Monitor and respond to security incidents, including investigating and reporting any breaches or suspicious activity.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in corporate security, and make recommendations for improving our security operations.
  8. Manage relationships with external security vendors and partners, and negotiate contracts for services as needed.
  9. Conduct background checks and screenings for new employees and contractors, and maintain accurate records of all security-related activities.
  10. Communicate regularly with all levels of the organization to provide updates on security initiatives and address any concerns or questions.
  11. Serve as a point of contact for any security-related emergencies or incidents, and coordinate appropriate responses and follow-up actions.
  12. Foster a culture of safety and security throughout the organization, and promote the importance of security awareness and vigilance among all employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Corporate Security: A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Security, With A Strong Understanding Of Security Protocols, Procedures, And Best Practices.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Security Professionals, With The Ability To Train, Mentor, And Motivate Team Members To Achieve Optimal Performance.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards: In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Corporate Security, Including But Not Limited To Physical Security, Information Security, And Crisis Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization, As Well As External Stakeholders, Such As Law Enforcement Agencies And Security Vendors.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated Ability To Analyze Complex Security Situations, Identify Potential Risks And Threats, And Develop Effective Solutions To Mitigate Them. Experience In Conducting Security Assessments And Implementing Risk Management Strategies Is Also Desirable.
