Job Description

Business lead for Agency recruiting systems and tools. Identify enhancements to screening and selection systems and tools to help recruit stronger candidates and improve the recruiting process. CAP: enhance system to become strategic screening tool based on data enhancements/learnings, evaluation of potential Nests, natural markets. AMS: enhance system to become the end-to-end tool to more effectively onboard new agents, reduce drop-offs. Lead the development of a modern, interactive, and consistent experience for users across platforms. Lead implementation of enhancements to Agency recruiting systems and tools. Assess areas of opportunity, in line with overall vision and strategy. Develop pragmatic solutions to key strategic and operational issues. Drive management of enterprise governance and communication processes.

Job Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience

  • 5+ years in top-tier management consulting firm

  • Extensive business analysis background, preferably at a consulting firm with experience in the financial services industry
