  1. Develop and implement the creative vision for the New York Life brand.
  2. Lead and manage a team of creatives including designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of creative strategies with overall marketing and branding goals.
  4. Develop and execute creative campaigns that effectively communicate the company's mission and values to target audiences.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and branding to continuously improve and innovate the company's creative approach.
  6. Manage and oversee the creative budget, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  7. Coach and mentor team members to foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and growth.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the successful execution of creative projects.
  9. Ensure all creative materials adhere to brand guidelines and standards.
  10. Continuously monitor and analyze the effectiveness of creative campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.
  11. Stay informed of industry regulations and guidelines to ensure all creative materials are compliant.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador, representing New York Life's values and mission in all creative efforts.
  13. Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative direction and feedback to team members.
  14. Communicate effectively with senior leadership to present creative strategies and results.
  15. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the creative team.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Creative Design: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In The Field Of Creative Design, With A Strong Portfolio Showcasing Their Expertise In Various Design Mediums Such As Print, Digital, And Multimedia.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Head Of Creative, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Designers And Creative Professionals. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Are Essential Qualifications For This Role.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem Solving Abilities: The Candidate Should Possess Exceptional Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities To Conceptualize And Execute Creative Campaigns That Align With The Company's Overall Marketing And Branding Objectives.
