
HR Specialist
Input all transactions that are not entered by the customer or received via interface such as gift cards, IRS lock-in letters, location changes, and adjustments. Investigate, research, and respond to all customer tax inquiries in a timely and helpful manner via phone and email. Maintaining a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail. Explaining difficult or sensitive information when necessary. Troubleshooting problems, resolving errors, and escalating issues to management. Participate in a variety of testing efforts for the system, support packs and other processing changes. Develop and maintain written procedures for current and future processes. Ensure compliance with MAR/SOX for relevant processes and provide support to internal and external audit process. Handle inquiries related to a W4 or W2. Acting as a liaison and providing tactical support to any HR partners needing assistance.
Preferred 1 year of relevant work experience
Experience with data entry and administrative tasks including complex scheduling
Ability to work independently, take initiative and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
