Insurance Solutions Data & Analytics
The Data & Analytics team supports multiple lines of business through insightful reporting and analytics, production application support, and IT operations. Organize and facilitate exploratory discussions with business and technical users regarding new reporting & data solutions. Develop and maintain working relationships with business users to ensure continued alignment of solutions with business priorities and initiatives. Help to guide the business users in cases where there is not a clear understanding of the data solution needed. Support development team to ensure key deliverables are met in a timely manner. Produce ad-hoc data exports and perform data analysis as needed. Work with developers to interpret business requirements and test data solutions as needed. Provide input on backlog prioritization and grooming as needed.
3-5 years’ work experience; 2+ years’ experience in a related technical or analyst role
Working knowledge of relational databases and/or reporting software
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus
