Internal Communications Associate

This individual will support the Internal Communications Business Partner team, which serves the internal employee communications needs for the company’s corporate functions and foundational business. Assist the team in distributing communications via the company intranet and email. Gather and interpret metrics to ensure our communications projects deliver results; this includes collecting and analyzing intranet and email usage statistics, post-meeting feedback, and other employee surveys. Learn about the businesses we serve and develop relationships with colleagues in those areas to understand how strategic communications play a role in engaging employees and achieving business goals. Work collaboratively with colleagues across Corporate Communications, including External Communications, Corporate Design, Editorial, Digital, Video/Meetings, Content Strategy, and Employee Social Engagement. Contribute to other special projects and duties as assigned.
