- Coordinate and manage the recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
- Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information and interview schedules.
- Communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.
- Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct reference and background checks for potential candidates.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Uphold the company's values and promote a positive employer brand.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all legal and ethical standards during the recruitment process.
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Talent Acquisition team.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or A Related Field.
Previous Experience In Recruiting Or Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Organizational Skills And Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Priorities.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Team Members.
Proficiency In Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruiting Software, As Well As Microsoft Office Suite.
