At Newmark, we are looking for a Real Estate Financial Analyst to join our growing team. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional who will be responsible for analyzing the financial stability of real estate investments. The ideal candidate is an organized and analytical thinker who is comfortable working with complex financial data and has a strong understanding of real estate markets and trends.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. They will also have previous experience in real estate investment analysis and be knowledgeable about financial modeling software. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
