Allocation Planner

This role makes Nike’s assortment of innovative product come to life in our stores & digital service hubs by positioning our inventory to match consumer demand across our physical and digital platforms. Analyze sales and inventory information to forecast future sales to optimize the replenishment process. Minimize end of season stock; ramp down replenishment on slow seller to increase store sell through and minimize returns and markdowns. Understand launch and marketing initiatives; proactively acquire vital information to support campaigns and initiatives to ensure coverage of product used. Be the proxy for the Gender Allocation Manager. Engage regularly in the development of the gender allocation team, provide meaningful feedback and coaching in the moment.
