- Assist in the recruitment and selection of athletes for various teams and events.

- Represent Nike at events, competitions, and other public appearances as required.
- Maintain accurate records of athletes' progress, training schedules, and competition results.
- Collaborate with other departments within Nike to promote the brand and its products.

Extensive Coaching Experience: A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Coaching At The High School, College, Or Professional Level Is Required For This Position. This Should Include Experience In Both Individual Player Development And Team Strategy.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Assistant Head Coach Should Possess Exceptional Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Motivate And Guide Athletes To Reach Their Full Potential. They Should Also Be Able To Work Collaboratively With Other Coaches And Staff.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Basketball: A Comprehensive Understanding Of The Game Of Basketball And Its Rules, Strategies, And Techniques Is Essential For This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of The Latest Trends And Developments In The Sport.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Assistant Head Coach Should Be An Effective Communicator And Be Able To Effectively Convey Instructions And Feedback To Players. They Should Also Have Strong Interpersonal Skills To Build Relationships With Players, Staff, And Stakeholders.
