  1. Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  2. Train and coach team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand values.
  3. Create and implement sales strategies to drive business and increase revenue.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and take necessary action.
  5. Ensure the store is always well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  6. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and personal growth.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide feedback, recognition, and corrective action when necessary.
  8. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to make informed business decisions.
  10. Collaborate with other department managers and senior leadership to achieve overall company goals and objectives.
  11. Uphold company policies and procedures, and ensure team members adhere to them.
  12. Plan and organize team schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
  13. Conduct regular meetings with the team to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
  14. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  15. Represent the Nike brand and values at all times and act as a role model for the team.
