  1. Lead and develop a team of sales associates to ensure they meet and exceed performance targets.
  2. Create and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability for the department.
  3. Utilize in-depth knowledge of Nike products and brand to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
  4. Train and coach team members on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make necessary adjustments to achieve business objectives.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members, upper management, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve company goals.
  7. Set and maintain high standards for visual merchandising and store presentation.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  9. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to make informed business decisions.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
  12. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock levels to meet customer demand.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure team members are also following them.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development to enhance leadership skills and contribute to the overall success of the company.
