  1. Lead and manage a team of athletes and sports enthusiasts in a Nike store.
  2. Create a positive and high-performing work environment for team members.
  3. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of team members.
  4. Motivate and inspire team members to achieve sales and performance targets.
  5. Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve their performance.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Collaborate with other department managers to achieve overall store goals.
  9. Maintain a strong knowledge of Nike products and the sports industry.
  10. Foster a customer-focused culture and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  11. Handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Conduct performance evaluations and provide recommendations for promotions or disciplinary actions.
  13. Coordinate with upper management to develop and implement strategies for store success.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  15. Represent the Nike brand and promote its values and mission.
  16. Identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and productivity.
  17. Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are adequate.
  18. Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained in the store.
  19. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute store events and promotions.
  20. Uphold a safe and clean work environment for employees and customers.
