We are looking for team members to accelerate our Workforce & People Reporting and Analytics impact. You’ll be at the center of a broad range of data and information spanning across all areas of HR and will be responsible for crafting and delivering reporting, BI and analytical solutions to HR and the enterprise – focused on data and visualization solutions to be delivered. You’ll be central to supporting, and powering, these solutions. This position requires a positive, hardworking team player who thrives in an ambitious environment and you are excited by the challenge of bringing sophisticated data to light.
5 years of relevant professional experience with required emphasis on HR and Talent analytics
Ability to problem solve and manage multiple competing priorities
Affinity for data exploration, analysis, and working with business intelligence tools and large amounts of data.
