Employee Communications Manager

This role will be responsible for planning, sequencing, developing, distributing and measuring employee communication initiatives, including leadership messages and HR programs and initiatives. This role will also be responsible for multi-dimensional employee storytelling and co-creating employee engagement experiences, across the company, including Nike’s intranet and other channels. Create and drive connections among leadership, culture programs and seasonal brand initiatives. Create content for multiple platforms. Write in a simple, relatable, and authentic way – focused on how the message will be received and interpreted, putting the employee at the center. Draft and edit content for campaigns, presentations, websites, videos, signage and more on a wide range of topics for multiple channels.
